Bryan LeBoeuf's figurative oil paintings explore familial relationships and memories of his Southern upbringing. His narratives make us question the events in life that are somewhat commonplace, freezing time at its most charged and loaded moments. LeBoeuf earned his Master's Degree in Figurative Painting at the New York Academy of Art. He is a recent recipient of the Elizabeth Greenshields Foundation Award, and several of his paintings have been acquired by The Forbes Collection. In 2008, the artist will have a solo exhibition at the Morris Museum of Art in Augusta, GA. To Scale (2006), was reviewed in ArtNews Magazine.
